Roberto Rodrígue holds a BSc in Civil Engineering Technology and an MSc in Civil Engineering, both from the Universidade da Coruña. He is currently pursuing his PhD at the Universidade da Coruña under the supervision of Dr. Guillermo Lorenzo Gómez within the GMNI group, in collaboration with CESGA and the ERC project DIGIPRO.
His research focuses on digital twins of tumour progression based on multiscale structured models and mechanistic learning. His work involves the development and analysis of computational models using Python and the Nutils framework. His research interests include computational mechanics, mathematical modelling, numerical methods, and finite element analysis. Outside the lab, he enjoys American sports and cinema.
